Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications while working closely with other team members to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve software issues and production bugs.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Optimize application performance and improve existing functionality.
• Maintain technical documentation related to applications and development processes.
• Follow software development best practices and version-control procedures.
• Stay updated with new technologies and development frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals and OOP concepts.
• Good hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development concepts.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
• Good understanding of debugging and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, .NET, or Laravel.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of software testing and automation.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or practical project experience will be an advantage.
