Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
Build and customize Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning Experience and LWC.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
Work with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers.
Manage data migration, data validation, and data quality activities.
Use Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools for development and release management.
Prepare technical documentation for custom solutions and integrations.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and new features.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
Hands-on experience with Apex and SOQL.
Good knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, security, and sharing rules.
Experience with Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with data loading and migration tools.
Knowledge of Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Experience Cloud.
Experience with REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events, and Webhooks.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Salesforce certification or practical project experience is preferred.
