Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and APIs using Python. The role involves working with databases, backend frameworks, APIs, and other development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Python.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Design and manage database structures and queries.
  • Debug and resolve application issues and production bugs.
  • Perform unit testing and troubleshoot application performance issues.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
  • Use Git for source-code management and version control.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Python programming.
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Good understanding of Git/GitHub.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Django REST Framework.
  • Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Redis, Celery, or background task processing.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience integrating payment gateways or third-party APIs.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications and practical project experience will be an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
